CSM Technologies Limited, a Bhubaneswar-based company specialising in government technology solutions, reported consolidated total income of ₹43.25 crore for the first quarter of financial year 2027, marking a 21.2 per cent increase from ₹35.69 crore in the same period last year. The company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹8.28 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
The loss widened slightly from ₹7.35 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company attributed the result to the seasonally weak nature of the June quarter, when government project timelines and budget cycles typically delay revenue recognition while operating costs remain fixed.
The board of directors approved the unaudited results at a meeting held on Friday (14 August) after review by the audit committee. CSM Technologies is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CSM.

The consolidated profit after tax margin, which measures net profit as a percentage of total income, improved by 144 basis points year on year, moving from negative 20.6 per cent to negative 19.1 per cent. A basis point is one hundredth of a percentage point.
The company’s paid-up equity share capital increased during the quarter from ₹38.70 crore to ₹51.60 crore, a 33.3 per cent rise. The increase followed the company’s listing on Indian stock exchanges.
International expansion
CSM Technologies secured a World Bank-funded contract worth ₹3.21 crore in July 2026 to build an electronic auctioning platform for Malawi’s Public Private Partnership Commission. The contract marks an expansion of the company’s presence in African markets.
