“I am excited that eMudhra is the first body from India to become a member of the CA/Browser Forum. I feel that participation in such forum will be highly valuable from a learning perspective and towards shaping the future technologies relating to PKI,” said V. Srinivasan, Chairman – eMudhra.

“The participation from an Indian CA in such a prestigious forum will go a long way in coming up with constructive amendments to SSL policies/framework and keep them in synchronization with Indian needs. In turn, this will help Indian small businesses to avail security certificates for websites, and application code signing in locally feasible procedures,” said Vijay Kumar, Head of – eMudhra.
