Adobe head of Digital Experience business Brad Rencher quits

Brad Rencher who has been heading Adobe’s Digital Experience business as an Executive Vice President and General Manager has quit. The software giant in a statement said that Brad will be leaving the company. Meanwhile, Adobe Shantanu Narayen will look after this business until a new leader is identified.

Brad joined Adobe in 2009 as part of the company’s acquisition of Omniture and has been at the helm of the Digital Experience business. Under his , Adobe’s focus and market share in marketing technology and content management has significantly increased.

The key product – Adobe Experience Cloud – helps businesses in bringing together all of marketing tech in a single place, so companies can manage their content and deliver email campaigns to automate ad buying and measure success.

The company said that Narayen will create a broad new organization that includes product, sales, marketing, services and support and will oversee this newly aligned business until a new leader is identified. Rencher will stay on as a special advisor to ensure a smooth transition.

Brad is leaving at a time when Adobe bets on Adobe Experience Cloud has grown like never before. Recently it acquired Marketo, a B2B marketing, and Magento, an in e-commerce firms to bolster its Experience Cloud.

MoRTH Deploys 3D Laser Survey Vehicles Across National Highways

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has deployed Network Survey Vehicles with 3D laser scanners across all states to monitor National Highway conditions. The vehicles can survey up to 300 km daily.
