In the past year Covid-19 pandemic created an unprecedented challenge. It has also given tremendous opportunity to government technology thought leadership to reimagine the way they deliver services to citizens and build IT infrastructure and implement projects in a digital-first world.

India’s deep investment into technology and progress in the digital transformation of various government divisions, driven directly by the Hon'ble Prime Minister have proven to be a great boon during the pandemic. Many organizations have met the unprecedented requirement of remote working and business continuity plans on the go, thanks to their existing IT infrastructure. However, the lessons from the pandemic necessitate a greater focus on improving data & application security, flexible workforce environment, better inter department connectivity, resiliency, agility and workforce management.

To focus on these emerging trends and opportunities Tech Observer Magazine in partnership with Citrix is organizing India Public Sector Symposium. The symposium will bring public sector leaders, technology experts, and policymakers on a single platform to explore the advantage of technology shift for government and reimagine the workflow for public sector organisations.

Public Sector

Govtech leaders from government organisations and PSUs will share their tryst with technology in New Normal and how they are using next-generation technologies to mitigate the challenge of the pandemic and build resiliency.

The CXOs from Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Foreign Banks, Cooperative Banks, Small Finance Banks, Payments Banks and Insurance Companies and NBFCs will share their Digital Transformation agenda in New Normal.

Cyber Security

CISOs from the wide spectrum of government, BFSI and enterprises will join us to explain as to how cybersecurity priorities are changing in pandemic and how they are providing enterprise-grade security in the New Normal.

The leaders from the power and energy sector will share their Digital Transformation journey, new challenges faced by them due to pandemic and how 'smart' move such as smart meters are helping them improve efficiency and productivity.
