OVERVIEW
In the past year Covid-19 pandemic created an unprecedented challenge. It has also given tremendous opportunity to government technology thought leadership to reimagine the way they deliver services to citizens and build IT infrastructure and implement projects in a digital-first world.
India’s deep investment into technology and progress in the digital transformation of various government divisions, driven directly by the Hon'ble Prime Minister have proven to be a great boon during the pandemic. Many organizations have met the unprecedented requirement of remote working and business continuity plans on the go, thanks to their existing IT infrastructure. However, the lessons from the pandemic necessitate a greater focus on improving data & application security, flexible workforce environment, better inter department connectivity, resiliency, agility and workforce management.
To focus on these emerging trends and opportunities Tech Observer Magazine in partnership with Citrix is organizing India Public Sector Symposium. The symposium will bring public sector leaders, technology experts, and policymakers on a single platform to explore the advantage of technology shift for government and reimagine the workflow for public sector organisations.
