Months after conducting Exam 2017, now the Uttar Pradesh Exam Regulatory Authority has declared Result. Now, all the candidates have appeared in UPTET exam 2017 can go to official website of the board – upbasiceduboard.gov.in – to check their result. UPTET Exam 2017 was held on October 15 across 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh.

According to reports, as many as 9,76,760 candidates had applied for the examination. After the agitation of Shiksha Mitras, the state government allowed them to appear in UPTET 2017 examination. In fact, they have been given 2.5 marks for each year of experience, upto maximum 25 marks.

Candidates who have passed the examination will be awarded the UPTET Eligibility Certificate. It will be valid for 5 years. According to reports, over 5 lakh candidates register for UPTET each year. Last year, about 2,37,620 candidates appeared for the exam, out of which 87,353 managed to pass it. UP Teacher Eligibility Test known as UPTET is an entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching job in government schools from classes 1 to 8. Paper 1 was meant for teachers opting for classes 1 to 5 while Paper 2 was for those opting for classes 6 to 8. UPTET 2017 was conducted by government of Uttar Pradesh to fill various vacancies in education institutes in the state.

It will take the candidate to another page where they need to enter their Roll Number and security code. Once they submit, these details, UPTET 2017 Result will be displayed on the screen.
