In its latest notification, Staff Selection Commission has reconfirmed that SSC CGL Tier I 2017 results will be declared on October 31.

As announced earlier, the (SSC) has re-confirmed the dates for results announcement. According to latest notification, the will be declared on October 31 as it was scheduled earlier. Once, announced SSC CGL Tier I 2017 results will be made available at the official website of the SSC – ssc.nic.in. Combined Graduate Level , 2017 (Tier-I) was conducted by SSC from August 5th 2017 to August 23rd 2017. A total of 15,43,962 candidates appeared in this examination which was held in 43 batches across the country.

Through Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 (Tier-I), SSC will recruit non-technical Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ non-gazetted posts in various government departments and ministries. This exam is conducted every year. All the candidate who have appeared in Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 (Tier-I) can check SSC CGL Tier 1 Results 2017 on October 31 at the official website of SSC – ssc.nic.in.

As going by the past record of SSC, it has been able to announced results on time and in some cases, it announce results before the scheduled dates too.  All the candidates who qualify in the first examination, popularly known as SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be allowed to appear in Tier II examination. Tier II exam is scheduled to be held on November 10 and 11. SSC has already released the answer keys for SSC CGL 2017 Tier I exam. The candidate who clears Tier-1 examination, will go to the next level, which is Tier-II. A final selection list will be prepared based on SSC criteria and SSC CGL Tier-II .

Steps to check SSC CGL 2017 Exam Tier 1 Results

  • Go to the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in
  • Click on the link Result link in top menu bar.
  • Click on ‘Declaration of Result of Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2017′
  • A pdf page containing list of candidates who have qualified for SSC CGL Tier 1 will open. Search your name in the list.
