The level of difficulty in both the shift of RBI Assistant Prelim 2017 Exam was easy. Most of the questions were from syllabus.

Every year RBI Assistant Prelim are much awaited for the candidates who wish to seek in banking sector. RBI Assistant Prelim 2017 Exam is conducted by RBI to recruit candidates for the posts of assistant. The RBI assistant prelim exam 2017 is scheduled for November 27 and 28, 2017. Today the exam was conducted in two shifts. The level of difficulty in all the shift was easy. Most of the questions were from syllabus and according to experts and candidates who appeared in the exam, it was easy to moderate paper. So, the candidates can except cut-off to go high compared to last year.

RBI Assistant Prelim 2017 Exam Analysis

The preliminary exam for RBI Assistant was conducted and had 100 questions for 60 minutes. The question came from three sections- Reasoning Ability (35 Ques), Numerical Ability (35 Ques), and English Language (30 Ques).

The level of English Language difficulty was easy to moderate. The topic of reading comprehension was based on a story. About four questions of Antonyms and synonym with the passage were asked. Reading Comprehension had 12 questions with moderate difficulty level. Single Filler has 6 easy question.  Error Detection had 7 Easy-Moderate questions.
About 5 moderate question were asked from Spelling section.

Numerical Ability 

The level of difficulty in Numerical Ability section was easy to moderate. The number of questions from arithmetic (word problems) was significantly higher. About 15 out of 35 questions were asked from the arithmetic portion.

Reasoning Ability

This section had 35 questions from puzzles and Seating Arrangement which were easy to solved. Overall, the section was quite easy. Question were asked from Coding Decoding, Puzzles and Seating Arrangement, Inequality, Number Series, Order and Ranking, Blood Relation, Alphabet Series, Miscellaneous and Alphabets.
