With the aim to identify training needs, workshops and promote indigenous talent in research and technology, Gandhinagar-based Rashtriya Raksha University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Future Foundation.
As part of the agreement, both the organisations will synergise their efforts and create a collaborative ecosystem to advances initiatives in critical areas such as defence security, strategic affairs, digital & cyber diplomacy, cyber security, data protection and privacy, said a statement.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi has envisioned a developed Bharat with the third largest global economy. Towards this journey, it is imperative to ensure national security, including in Cyberspace,” said said Lt Gen. (Dr) Rajesh Pant (Retd), chairman, India Future Foundation and former National Cyber Security Coordinator.
“The MoU between RRU and IFF is a shining example of cooperation in ensuring whole-of-nation approach for achieving this common national goal,” said Lt Gen. (Dr) Pant.
