The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the Maharashtra SSC class 10th supplementary result 2017 on its official website at mahresult.nic.in. The supplementary examinations were held July 2017. Now all the student who appeared for examination can check Maharashtra SSC class 10th supplementary result 2017 on the board website. The supplementary examinations are conducted for the student who either failed to clear main examination or want to improve the score in some subjects.

The notification on the results page of the board states, “SSC Examination Result July 2017- To be announced on August 29, 2017 at 13:00 Hrs.” The exams for the class 10 supplementary exams were conducted in the state in July. Students who failed to clear the exam could appear for the supplementary papers to improve their marks in various subjects. The results for the class 10 main exams were declared on June 13 at 1 pm.

The Maharashtra Board SSC Class 10 examination 2017 was conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) from March 7 to March 29, 2017. According to reports, about 17.7 lakh students had appeared for the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 exams. The overall pass percentage was 88.74. The pass percentage of girls was 91.46 while among boys it was 86.51.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education which is an autonomous body established by the government of Maharashtra conducts HSC (Class 12) and SSC (Class 10) examinations in the state through its nine divisional boards. The board is headquartered in Pune.

The Board conducts examination twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14-15 Lacs for HSC and 17 Lac’s SSC, for the supplementary examination. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Sec. Schools and Junior Colleges in the state.

How to check Maharashtra SSC class 10th supplementary result 2017

  • Visit the official results page of MSBSHSE at mahresult.nic.in
  • Click on the link that says, ‘SSC Examination Result July 2017’
  • Now enter your details in the fields provided like- Roll Number and your Mother’s First Name
  • Click on View Result
  • Download the Maharashtra SSC class 10th supplementary result 2017 and take a print out of the same for further reference.
