Brightline Initiative launches free online learning course with Coursera

Brightline Initiative in with Coursera has launched a new online course – “Turning Ideas into Results: Bridging the Gap between Strategy Design and Delivery.” The course focuses on the power of implementation and strategy execution in the hands of senior executives so they are able to better bridge the costly gap between strategy design and delivery.

“Our aim with this course was to share Brightline’s 10 Guiding Principles to a larger executive audience, and deliver it in an engaging and impactful way,” said Ricardo Vargas, Executive Director, Brightline Initiative. “It’s important that senior leadership and the C-suite audience understand the problem with the strategy today and for to provide guidance on best to approach the implementation-gap in daily practice.”

This free online course offers a holistic view of how to transform strategic intentions into reality from the perspective of senior executives. Over the course of five weeks, Brightline connects the 10 Guiding Principles to the learners via the course’s self-reflecting assessments, discussion-based exercises, case studies, and insights from world-leading experts and practitioners in the field of strategy. For a limited time, through the partnership with Coursera, Brightline is offering vouchers for the free course.

India logged 29 lakh cyber incidents in 2025, up 85% in two years

India recorded 29.44 lakh cyber security incidents in 2025, an 85 per cent increase from 2023, the government told the Lok Sabha. CERT-In has empanelled 237 security auditing organisations and trained over 11 lakh participants through awareness programmes.
