The Bihar Police Constable Admit Card 2017 which was supposed to be released on September 23 as per notifications dated September 13th and 20th has not be done but some of the media houses are running story since morning that it has been released.

The Bihar Police Constable Admit Card 2017 which was supposed to be released on September 23 at 5 pm as per notifications dated September 13th and 20th has not been done due to unexpected technical glitch. As on today, there is no link to download the admit card. Earlier, on September 20, the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar has uploaded a link on its website under “Regarding downloading of e-Admit Card for Constable Examination”. Even this link does not take to admit card page. A click on the link take to a page having message “Site is uploading. Try tomorrow for better speed experience” and after 30 second, redirect to a notification earlier issued by CSBC related to Bihar Police Constable examination.

However, since morning news portal like The Financial ExpressNDTV, Jansatta among other have been running a story that admit card has been published. In fact, they give the option of to download at the CSBC website. But in reality no admit card has been released due to technical issue and there is no link right now to download the admit card. Since all of the above mentioned news portal belongs to big media houses with established credibility for covering news worthy event and perhaps have higher page rank, these stories are trending on , irrespective of the fact whether the report is accurate or not.

As per some credible reports, the admit card was to be released by 5 PM on September 23 but it has not been done and there is no official communication from CSBC as to when it will be released. Most likely the admit card will be released tomorrow. Based on a notification on September 20, we have run a story that an admit card will be released on September 23 and suggested readers how they can download it once link is activated. The candidate should check the official website for the updates as CSBC will put a link to download the admit card on its home page once it is released.

The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar will release the Bihar Police Constable Admit Card 2017 soon. Once, released the admit card will be available for download from CSBC website –csbc.bih.nic.in. According to CSBC, candidates need to download e-Admit card from board website and they need to keep the admit card till the end of entire selection process. CSBC is conducting Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2017 exam to fill the vacancy of 9900 constable in Bihar Police. Earlier, it has released a notification stating that it will organise Bihar Police Constable 2017 recruitment test in the month of October 2017. The examination is scheduled to be held on October 15 in two shifts—from 10 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 4 pm and one more shift is planned on October 22, between 10 am to 12 noon.

Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2017 Exam

In a notification, CSBC has given detail overview of the syllabus and pattern of Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2017 Exam. The recruitment exam will be held in two phase – written and physical test. All the candidates who passed the first written, will appear for physical test. The final merit list will be created based on the physical test. The written examination is a qualifying examination. The written test will be of multiple choice objective type. 100 questions of 100 marks will have to be solved within 2 hours. The questions will come from subjects like Hindi, English, Math, Social Study (History, Geography and politics) and General Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). The paper will be of Class 12th standard. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. All the candidates who successfully clear the written examination will be asked to appear in the physical test. According to CSBC, any candidate who finds any discrepancy in the details of the admit card, they should immediately report the board. So, the error could be rectified on time.

  • Step 1: Go to official website of the CSBC – csbc.bih.nic.in , search for latest notification.
  • Step 2: Click on the notification on home page that says about downloading e-Admit Card for Constable Examination
  • Step 3: It will take you to another page, there you may have to enter details like date of birth, registration number or roll number
  • Step 4: Submit the form, your Bihar Police Constable Admit Card 2017 will be displayed on the screen
  • Step 5: Download it or take a print copy for your reference.
