Applications Open for Postgraduate Courses: Mumbai University (2021)

Admissions to Mumbai University 2021: The online admissions process will begin on August 12, 2021, and will conclude on August 26, 2021, at 5 p.m.

Mumbai University has begun the admission process for postgraduate degrees. Admissions are conducted at mu.ac.in. Candidates interested in applying may do so until August 26 at 5 p.m. All courses are scheduled to commence on September 15. You can access the PG admission portal at uom-admissions.mu.ac.in.

Candidates may apply to a total of 12 departments of science and , 28 departments of humanities, two departments of commerce and management, and six departments of interdisciplinary studies via the admission forms.

If you wish to apply for postgraduate programmes at Mumbai University, you must possess a qualification from a state board or an equivalent qualification from a reputed university. To enrol in PG courses, an applicant must also possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university with passing grades.

Admissions to MU in 2021: How to Apply

Step 1: Visit uom-admissions.mu.ac.in as the first step.

Step 3: Create a unique registration identifier

Step 4: Submit all required information.

Admissions to Mumbai University: Important Dates

By August 26, all departments will begin online document verification, which is expected to end by August 30 at 11 a.m. By 6 p.m. on August 30, the first provisional merit list will be displayed.

The institution will accept student grievances until 6 p.m. on August 31. Following the resolution of grievances, the final merit list of students will be issued by 6 p.m. on September 2.

If your name appears on the final merit list, you are expected to finish the application process and pay the application cost. Fees for postgraduate programmes must be remitted between September 3 and September 7. The talks will begin on 15 September.
