Bangladesh: bKash launches 4 new service centers in industrial areas

A total of 279 customer service centers, including these four new ones, have been launched.

Dhaka: Mobile financial service has launched four new customer service centers at Gazipur, Savar, and Kalurghat in Chittagong, a labor-intensive area around Dhaka.

As well as hotline number 16247, live chat, support mail, , including 24 hours a day to ensure the bKash of all kinds of customer service.

According to a press release issued by bKash , four new centers have been set up at Bagher Bazar and Kashimpur in Gazipur, Hemayetpur in Savar, and Kalurghat in Chittagong.

These centers will make the bKash services of all customers, including workers in these areas, more accessible. Workers who are paid through bKash will especially benefit from these service centers.

bKash says that not only customer service centers, bKash customers can also call 16247 to get uninterrupted service from any place anytime. As well as they can , or live chat or bKash’s verified Facebook page customers can take the service at any time of the day and night.

Customers also receive services from other social media such as Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram, and the review section of Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store. If there is any complaint, there is also an opportunity to contact directly via email address.

Customers can easily find the nearest customer service center from any part of the 64 districts of the country using the map option of the bKash app.

To find the customer service center address from the bKash map, you need to select the map from the bKash logo on the right side of the app’s home screen.

By tapping on the customer service logo at the bottom of the map, customers can see the location of five customer service centers in its vicinity. Customers will also receive directions from the ‘View List’ button or from the ‘Show Routes’ option by tapping on any customer service.

There is also an opportunity to know the address and contact details of bKash Customer Service Center from the link bkash.com/support/locator/agent-locator.

Customers can avail services from these centers from 9 am to 7 pm during normal hours. However, during the coronal period, the service time from the service centers is from 9 am to 4 pm. There are also some differences in the schedule of customer service centers in different areas.

India logged 29 lakh cyber incidents in 2025, up 85% in two years

India recorded 29.44 lakh cyber security incidents in 2025, an 85 per cent increase from 2023, the government told the Lok Sabha. CERT-In has empanelled 237 security auditing organisations and trained over 11 lakh participants through awareness programmes.
