Dhaka — The , a Bangladeshi multinational technology company, will lead the world by 2041, the State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) said, adding that the government would provide all kinds of policy assistance.

The minister was addressing as the chief guest at a declaration program titled ‘Walton Laptop Stay Home Offer at Walton E-Plaza’ on Monday.

Palak said, “The way Japan, South Korea and China are leading the digital economy in the world, our Walton Digitech will lead the digital world by 2041.”

The state minister further said, in his speech that the government is always working for the expansion of domestic institutions. In order to make local products a priority in the country, this issue is taken up in the annual budget.

He said, “Every year in the budget, new strategies are identified and we are always on the side to ensure that our locally produced products get priority.” This time too we exchanged views with the Chairman of the NBR. We have given them the necessary letters so that we can give priority to domestic products.
