ServiceNow opens R&D Centre in Hyderabad, to create 500 new jobs

The new centre will support R&D works around AI and machine learning

US-based cloud computing company ServiceNow has opened its first research and development (R&D) centre in Asia at Hyderabad, India. The new centre will support ServiceNow major R&D works across the globe around AI and machine learning capabilities. Company informed that growing from just two employees in Hyderabad in 2013 to over 500, the new centre will be doubling floor space in the city from 66,000 sft to 132,000 sft. The expansion will bring up the number of ServiceNow offices to three in India.

Company informed that now the employees in Hyderabad, with space for up to 1,000 staff will be doubled. The Hyderabad office and Bengaluru operations represents ServiceNow’s largest R&D center outside the US. The India supports a range of commercial and enterprise customers across all major industries.

According to technology firm, this facility will expand its product , product management, development, service engineering, product operations and customer support teams in the region, covering all areas of its product offerings including service management, human resource service delivery, customer service management and security operations. It will also house local HR, finance, sales and leadership teams.

Centre invites applications for test centres under legal metrology rules

The Department of Consumer Affairs has invited applications from eligible organisations for recognition as Government Approved Test Centres under Legal Metrology Rules. The deadline is 31 August 2026.
