Indian power sector infrastructure investment trust IndiGrid has announced to elevate the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Jyoti Kumar Agarwal, as new Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director with effect from July 1.
According to the company, Agarwal will take over as the CEO from Harsh Shah, who resigned from the position. Speaking on his appointment Agarwal said that he would focus to make IndiGrid a credible player in the infrastructure space over the last five years.

I would also like to thank Harsh for his incredible leadership and his focused vision to establish IndiGrid as a credible player in the infrastructure space over the last five years.
