— The (RAB)’s cyber monitoring team is active in preventing false, misinformation and propaganda through the use of the virtual world. This information was given by Commander as the Director of and Media Branch of RAB at a press conference held at RAB Media Center at Karwan Bazar in the capital.

He said the team has been able to identify a class of unscrupulous individuals or gangs in the search. “These people are involved in various illegal criminal activities by using digital platforms to present themselves as celebrities through purposeful propaganda.”

He also said that these fraudsters are taking money under the guise of cheating through these lies.
