In top management rejig, CNSI, a business solutions provider for health information technology, has announced the appointment of Shilpa Bidathanapalli as Vice President – Human Resources for its operations in Chennai.
According to the company, Bidathanapalli will coordinate with the teams in the United States and will be responsible for connecting employees to the company’s mission, envisioning the future of work post-Covid-19, and creating an engaging environment where people do their best work.
Bidathanapalli was earlier associated with Edifecs Technologies where she spent six years as Director and Head – People and Culture, focusing on culture, wellness, talent acquisition, branding, diversity and inclusion, performance and rewards, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to Edifecs, she has also served in senior human resources roles at RoundGlass and SAP Concur.
