Quick Heal ropes in Sterlite Tech Reetu Raina as CHRO

Cybersecurity firm Quick Heal said that it has appointed Reetu Raina as its Chief Officer (CHRO). In this role, Raina will be responsible for driving company’s HR function and steers people operations, culture and recruitment initiatives.

The company asserted that the appointment of Raina as the CHRO comes as a welcome thrust to its ongoing push to connect strategic HR initiatives with business objectives. Quick Heal said that Raina’s leadership will enable it to align its HR policies to sustain and its growth trajectory.

Bringing a transformational HR leader such as Reetu Raina on board is perfectly aligned with this vision,” said Kailash Katkar, managing director & CEO, Quick Heal Technologies.

Raina holds extensive industry experience and has worked across sectors such as Telecom, BFSI, and IT before joining Quick Heal Technologies. In her career to date, She has held leadership roles with domain-leading brands such as TATA, HDFC Bank, and Amdocs.

She was the Head of HR for Network Software at Sterlite Technologies and had previously led the talent management function at Amdocs – and was recognised in both these roles for leading the HR transformation and creating future-ready structures.
