Russian telco ER-Telecom to deploy Netcracker’s Digital BSS

Netcracker , a wholly owned subsidiary of firm NEC Corporation said that Russian company Holding is deploying its Digital BSS solution.

The company said that its BSS suite will help Russian firm in reducing time-to-market for new products, enable centralize and consolidate core processes and systems, and improve customer experience.

Netcracker’s BSS suite consists of various solutions including digital marketplace, customer channel management, sales & marketing management, customer & partner management, revenue management, product management and hybrid service & resource management offerings.

With this partnership ER-Telecom Holding aims to replace disparate and distributed BSS solutions that operate as separate systems with a single platform, simplifying and standardizing the configuration and billing processes across the organization.
