US Integrated Research Organization Javara names Tim Neathery as its first Chief Human Resources Officer

Eyeing expansion, leading US-based Integrated Research Organization (IRO) in the health sector, , in top-level management rejig, has announced the appointment of as its first Chief Human Resources Officer ().

According to the company, Neathery is a well known clinical research executive with over 25 years of cross-functional human resources experience. In his new role, Neathery will build cutting-edge talent strategies to solidify an unparalleled employee experience, the company said in a statement.

“Neathery's leadership will also guide Javara to develop and implement long-term efficiencies and scalability of HR efforts in order to ensure the advancement of the organisation,” the company said.

Prior to joining Javara, Neathery served as Senior Vice President – HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition and People Insights & Analytics at PPD where he led advancement efforts across HR, globalised PPD's TA function and insourced the Contingent Labour Programme.

Earlier Neathery has held multiple leadership positions with PPD over the past two decades including Senior HR Business Partner and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. While in his role as Senior Vice President, he also co-led the Building Talent Advantage committee focused on engagement and turnover across the enterprise.
