Top management professional Keri Gavin assumes Netflix Director – Executive Talent charge

Gavin carries more than 13 years of experience and has worked across journalism, PR and HR roles

Top management professional Keri Gavin on Thursday assumed charge as Director – Executive Talent at the American over-the-top content platform and production company Netflix.

“Week Two [at] Netflix and I’m not sure who is more excited, my two kids or me! Ecstatic about the journey ahead leading Executive Talent at Netflix with the Inclusion Recruiting Programs and Talent Acquisition Teams!” Keri Gavin, Director – Executive Talent, Netflix, said in a post.

According to Netflix, Gavin carries more than 13 years of experience and has worked across journalism, PR and HR roles. She joins Netflix from Hanold Associates HR & Diversity Executive Search and Advisory where she worked as Partner and Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice for five years.

“We are so proud of you Keri Gavin!! You make us all better people, and we know you will make Netflix an even better organization. Just remember, only two years, and then get back here. Thank you for your friendship and all of your incredible contributions to the firm,” Jason Hanold, Founder and CEO, Hanold Associates HR & Diversity Executive Search and Advisory, said in a post.

An alumnus of DePaul University, Gavin also worked with Ragan Communications and PR Daily, most recently as Director of Host Relations & Consulting – Ragan Consulting Group. Her journalistic experience includes working as KCCI-TV Anchor/Reporter at Hearst Television and Assignment Editor at Fox News Channel.
