Digital Transformation Bet: Genpact buys US digital consultancy Rightpoint

Genpact said it would buy consultancy , for an undisclosed amount, as the business process management company looks at boosting its ability to win digital transformation projects.

Chicago-based Rightpoint was founded in 2007 and focuses on customer experience. Rightpoint’s co-founder Ross Freedman will continue as CEO of this business.

“In the next two years, the fusion of experience and process innovation will become ‘table-stakes’ as organizations look to reposition themselves in the market. I am very excited to have Ross and the very talented Rightpoint team join as we together help transform our clients’ businesses in this experience economy,” Genpact CEO NV ‘Tiger’ Tyagarajan, said in a statement.
