Flytxt said it has secured a software as services (SaaS) agreement with Vietnam’s largest telecom firm, Viettel Telecom. Under this agreement, Flytxt will implement the technology along with its local partner COMIT, a system integrator. Flytxt will activate NEON-dX across parts of the Viettel network, providing the telecoms giant with artificial intelligence-driven automated marketing that offers improved, personalized service for Viettel consumers in Vietnam.
Flytxt said that NEON-dX would enable Viettel to better understand its customers through learning their behavior and predicting what they want in real time, creating deeper and longer relationships. Company claimed that its product consistently delivers 2-7% uplift on net revenue for Flytxt’s telecom clients. “Our focus on our customers underpins our market leadership and strong business growth,” said Long Hoang, Deputy General Director at Viettel Telecom, Vietnam, adding that “Flytxt is the perfect partner for us when it comes to digital customer value management as their technology perfectly complements our goal of providing unique experiences to customers based on their behavior and real-time contexts.”

The agreement means eight mobile telecoms operators in Asia are now using Flytxt solutions, including markets of Vodafone, Axiata, Etisalat and Hutchison 3G. Flytxt said its business grew 75% in revenues in 2016 and is forecast to have grown by a similar amount in 2017. The big data analytics market alone is expected to reach USD 275 billion by the end of 2023 with approximately 12% CAGR from 2017 – 2023, with technology, communications, and financial services as the leading industries to adopt artificial in the next three years.
