UP BTC 2017: Last round of counselling, allotment ends, take admission by Sept 22

The last round of counselling and allotment results are being announced today for the rank from 190001 to 300000. Now, all the candidate who have been allotted a seat in any institutes will have to take admission by September 22.

The last round of counselling and allotment results are being announced today for the rank from 190001 to 300000. Now, all the candidate who have been allotted a seat in any institutes will have to take admission by September 22. As per the government notification, their documents will be verify till September 21. If at all there is still vacancy, government may conduct a second round in October.

The UP BTC merit list 2017 has been released for all the ranks and candidates have started filling their choice online at updeled.gov.in. Many of them as per their rank have downloaded their allotment results and are in the final leg of reaching out to their allotted institutes for admission in two year Diploma in Elementary course. Diploma in Elementary Education is a two year professional course recognised by Government of Uttar Pradesh across government, government aided and private colleges and institute in the state.

This diploma course is pre-requisite training course to be able to teach from Class 1 to Class 8th. The aim of this course is to impart basic training certificate that is needed to train students in Class 1 to Class 8th.

Round 1 (ranks 1 to 40,000)- August 28 to 30, 2017- result on August 31

Round 2 (ranks 40,001 to 1,00,000)- September 1 to 4, 2017- result on September 5

Round 3 (ranks 1,00,001 to 1,90,000)- September 6 to 9, 2017- result on September 11

Round 4 (ranks 1,90,001 to 3,00,000)- September 12 to 15, 2017- September 16

  • Rank 1-40000
  • Rank 40001-100000
  • Ranks 100001-190000
  • Rank 190001-300000

All the candidates whose name appears in the UP BTC Merit List 2017 need to compulsorily fill the choice form online as per the schedule mention in the government notification. No other option would be given to candidates. Candidates can chose as many institutes as they want in their choice order, government will allocate one college or institutes as per availability.

For printing the Allotment letter issued by government, candidate will have to pay Rs 2,000 as a fees, which can be paid online via SBI link. This is non-refundable fees. Once allotment letter is printed, candidates have been advised to visit the allotted training institute with all required documents to get the admission.

UP BTC 2017 Important Dates

  • BTC 2017 1st Counseling: 28 Aug 2017 to 08 Sep 2017
  • Allotment of College: till 15 Sep 2017
  • Document verification: 1 to 21 September 2017
  • Closing date of Admission Process and Document Assessment in 1st counselling: till 22 Sep 2017
  • 2nd Counseling for the Vacant Seats (If any): 27 Sep 2017 to 04 Oct 2017
  • Admission Process and Document Assessment Last Date in the allotted college (2nd Round): 11 Oct 2017
  • Starting date of UP BTC 2017: 12 Oct 2017

STMicro quarterly profit declines by 18.4% owing to slow demand
