Download HP TET 2017 admit card: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) which is a nodal state agency to conduct school and competitive examinations has released the HP TET 2017 admit card at its official website – hpbose.org. Now, students can download the HP TET 2017 admit card from the website before heading for examinations which slated between September 3 to September 17.

As per examination schedule, the Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) TET and Shastri TET examination will be held on September 3. The TGT (non-medical) and language teacher TET exam will be held on September 9, TGT (arts) TET and TGT (medical) TET exam will be held on September 10 while Punjabi and Urdu TET exams will be held on September 17.

Key things to know about HP TET 2017 admit card

The Admit Card has been issued to those candidates who have submitted their  Application Form complete in all respects within the stipulated time frame and  who fulfils the minimum eligibility criteria laid down for the purpose. The Admit Card contains candidate name, roll number, photograph, signature of the candidate, address of the examination centre and test schedule.

Candidate should carefully go through Admit card an if there is any discrepancy, they should immediately to the the Board. No candidate will be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall without a valid Admit Card. If because of any reason a student does not find he Admit card online, they can inform the Board's Office with record of submission of online application form.

Somehow, if a candidate fails to be in possession of Admit Card before the commencement of examination, he/she should meet the Centre Superintendent at least one hour before the commencement of the examination at the centre with print out of the computer generated online last CONFIRMATION PAGE. Candidates must bring hard card board, blue or black ball point pen, and reach the exam hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the test.

HP TET 2017 Exam Pattern

The question paper will consist of 150 objective type questions carrying one mark each and candidates will get a maximum of 150 minutes to solve them. There shall be no negative marking. The minimum qualifying marks will be 60%. The TET qualifying certificate would remain valid for an appointment for seven years from the date of issuance.

There will be one question paper in four different series having questions of multiple –choice/objective type, carrying 150 questions of one mark each to be attempted within 150 minutes. There will be 60% minimum qualifying marks. There will be no negative marking. A candidate will have to choose the correct answer and shade against the appropriate choice in the OMR response sheet with blue/black ball point pen adhering to the instructions provided. As the answers will be given with blue/black ball point pen by darkening the appropriate circle, the candidates will have no option to change the answers once given. Therefore, before darkening the circle, correct option/answer may be ensured.

HP TET 2017 Results Validity

The HP TET 2017 qualifying certificate would remain valid for appointment for 7 years from the date of issuance of TET certificate. There will be no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TET certificate. A person who has qualified TET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
