With the aim to promote the use of technology in public sector organisations and government departments and to accelerate the government’s overall growth agenda under the Digital India programme in a post- world, organised the India Public Sector Symposium in partnership with global technology giant Citrix.

Pawana Kumar Joshi, Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre explained during his address that citizen expectations for services have been gradually increasing, and as a result, is putting in place tools and technology to enable government departments to deliver the best CX experience when citizens interact with them.
