Earthful, a plant-based nutrition brand, said on Tuesday it has raised ₹26 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Fireside Ventures and V3 Ventures to expand its product portfolio, strengthen team operations and scale distribution in the country.
The round also saw participation from Atrium Angels. Founded by sisters and IIT alumni Veda and Sudha Gogineni, Earthful makes clean-label supplements and protein products aimed at consumers seeking minimal-ingredient nutrition. The company said it focuses on women‘s health needs, including multivitamins designed specifically for menopausal women.
Earthful said it has developed plant-based protein mixes made from six to seven ingredients and formulation-specific supplements for skin, hair and sleep. It added that its products target nutrition gaps across age groups and that it has built a customer base of more than 200,000 over the past two years, driven largely by repeat purchases.
The company said it plans to use the fresh capital to expand its team in Hyderabad and Mumbai and grow its women-focused product range.
“We started Earthful to challenge the unclean nutrition industry that was harming consumers rather than doing good,” co-founder Veda Gogineni said. She added that the brand wants to reach deeper into the country and “build a movement where people know that their nutrition should not be intimidating and should have nothing but nature in it.”
Investors said demand for transparent formulations and women’s wellness products is growing. Fireside Ventures principal Ankur Khaitan said menopause is emerging as a fast-growing category in India and that Earthful’s founder-led approach offered strong market relevance.
Earthful previously appeared on Shark Tank India and said it raised $1 million in earlier funding from angel networks and family offices. The company said it grew more than three times in the last financial year, supported primarily by repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals.
