The push notification technology powered by next-generation technology is likely to help IRCTC its customers in a segmented notification by showing relevant product-related information to the subscribers who opted for the service.

For this service, IRCTC has tied up with MoMagic Technologies to provide push notification services for its customers. Using this technology, IRCTC will be able to reach out to its customers instantly with information about its new corporate train launches, catering services as well as promote its various travel, tourism, and ticketing-related services.
