Gearing up to the festive season Thomson has launched its fresh line up of UHD Smart TV in big screen sizes of 50 and 55 inches in India. The brand, a considerable new entrant to India, since its re-entry after almost a 15 years gap is exclusively selling its products with .

Currently, the Thomson line up ranges products from 24 inches to 50 inches in both smart and non-smart category. With this launch, it has added 4k smart UHD 50 inches and 55 inches in its kitty.

The company aims to have a revenue of Rs 600 crore by the end of this year and the executive said that it was confident to achieve sales of more than 600,000 units by Diwali itself.

Thomson’s new 50 and 55 inches screen sizes, comes pre-loaded with a new UI. THOMSON said it has customized the user content which has top trending videos, music etc in more than 14 different languages. Thomson Tv also has its own store. Additionally, the company has tied up with local content application providers to widen the scope of viewing content.
