AKAI launches PowerView TV series in India with Google TV on Android 14

Japanese consumer electronics brand has launched its PowerView television series in India, powered by on Android 14. The range spans from a 32-inch HD Ready model to a 75-inch QLED 4K display, with prices starting at ₹13,990.

The PowerView series is built on ‘s MT9603 chipset and supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG, and MEMC motion smoothing. The larger models feature 4K resolution, while the flagship 75-inch set uses QLED display technology.

The TVs run Google TV powered by Android 14, offering personalized recommendations, content discovery across , and integration with Google services such as Assistant and Chromecast. Android 14 also provides stronger privacy controls, regular updates, and improved subtitle and multi-language support.
