IT major Tech Mahindra is set to tie-up with British food retailer Pret A Manger to meet the company’s new technology requirements. The technology company is selected by British food retailer Pret A Manger as its technology and digital transformation partner.
According to the five-year contract signed between Tech Mahindra and British food retailer Pret A Manger, the technology company will create and implement a digital transformation programme that aligns with Pret’s business strategy, the Pune-based company said on Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The programme will be centred on streamlining and optimising Pret’s IT infrastructure through cloudification, systems re-engineering, consumerisation of IT systems and data engineering. The new partnership will help Pret accelerate its business transformation and make changes to its global technology operations, ensuring shops and team members have 24/7 access to technical support.
