Tata Communications partners Oracle, now access Oracle Cloud via FastConnect

Now, the enterprises worldwide will be able to access the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure via the FastConnect service using Tata Communications’ IZO Private Connect.

Tata Communications said that it has collaborated with Oracle on Oracle Cloud. Now, the enterprises worldwide will be able to access the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure via the FastConnect service using Tata Communications’ IZO Private Connect. Company said that the combination of IZO Private Connect and FastConnect allows enterprises to bypass the public Internet altogether and provide employees with more reliable, seamless access to data and applications using their WAN. With 10 Gbps connectivity, IZO Private Connect ensures a predictable and consistent end-user experience for bandwidth-intensive applications regardless of location or device, while helping to safeguard businesses against external threats.

Tata Communications partners Oracle

Through global agreements with Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce and Alibaba Cloud, IZO Private Connect gives enterprises high-performance connectivity to the one of world’s biggest clouds. The service is engineered for predictable routing, with Ethernet connectivity to Tata Communications’ points of presence and across over 110 third party data centres globally.

“Customers require seamless connectivity from their data centers and networks to Oracle Cloud for their most demanding workloads and applications,” said Don Johnson, Senior Vice President Product Development, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. “With the FastConnect service, customers can provision the dedicated and private connections they need today and easily scale with their growing business demands.”

IZO Private Connect is part of Tata Communications’ IZO enablement platform, underpinned by the company’s global network and partnerships. This platform also includes IZO Internet WAN, IZO Hybrid WAN and IZO SDWAN as well as IZO Private Cloud.
