Qualcomm may soon launch its Android handheld gaming console like Nintendo

The -technology giant Qualcomm may soon launch an Android-powered, handheld gaming console similar to the popular Nintendo Switch. The company is reported to be working on a similar project, according to top industry sources.

Qualcomm, an American multinational corporation headquartered in creates an intellectual , semiconductors, software, and services related to wireless technology. It owns patents critical to the CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA and WCDMA mobile communications standards.

As per a report by Android Police citing sources, the Qualcomm device will have detachable controllers like the Joycons on Nintendo’s handheld console. Qualcomm is said to be targeting a price of around $300 for its gaming console.
