Mankind Pharma bets on SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Azure and Tableau for digital transformation

New Delhi — India’s fourth-largest pharmaceutical manufacturing company Mankind Pharma said that it has collaborated with technology consulting firm Accenture to digitally overhaul processes across key functions such as , supply chain, sales and procurement.

The company said that as part of the project, Accenture deployed a digital platform based on SAP S/4HANA, a Microsoft Azure cloud-based data lake and Tableau dashboards, providing cloud-based analytics to help Mankind Pharma get better visibility into its business operations and performance.

The combination technology enables the pharmaceutical company to integrates data in real-time from multiple sources across the supply chain, workforce and sales to provide a consolidated view of market insights. This can help the management team make informed decisions around business strategy, planning and product development, said the company.

The project was completed remotely during the ongoing with no impact on business continuity, claimed the consulting firm.
