Key Points
- Platform combines digital stamping, identity verification and eSigning in one workflow
- India's contract management market projected to grow at 14.51 per cent CAGR through 2033
- Jupitice has enabled over 23 million case journeys and served 10 million users
Chandigarh-based Jupitice Justice Technologies has launched an artificial intelligence-powered platform that allows banks, non-banking financial companies, insurers and government organisations to digitally stamp, sign and execute legally binding agreements without paper-based processes.
The platform, announced on Wednesday (22 July), combines digital stamping, identity verification, electronic signing, approval workflows and document storage into a single system that organisations can configure through application programming interfaces — software tools that allow different systems to communicate with each other.
The company said the platform addresses delays and compliance risks that organisations face when using separate tools for stamping and signing.
India’s contract lifecycle management market — software that handles contracts from creation to execution and renewal — is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 14.51 per cent through 2033, according to the company. The global legal technology market is expected to be over 130 per cent larger by 2032 than a decade earlier, with India among the fastest-growing markets.
The platform targets banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, insurance providers, fintech firms, and enterprises across manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, retail, real estate and education sectors.
How the platform works
Built on what the company calls a configurable no-code architecture, the platform supports three stamping workflows. Offline eStamping handles fixed denomination-based stamp duty requirements. Operational eStamping covers commercial agreements and business contracts. Financial eStamping manages loan agreements and structured debt recording.
The system operates through two models. Under the Stamp Wallet model, authorised physical stamp papers are digitised and mapped to individual agreements with audit trails, allowing organisations to work within existing regulatory frameworks while executing documents digitally.
The NeSL model, integrated with National E-Governance Services Limited frameworks, enables fully digital, real-time stamp paper generation and legally recognised registration.
Mansi Omar, co-founder and chief strategy officer, Jupitice Justice Technologies, said the platform addresses a gap in how organisations execute documents.
“Legal document execution has become business-critical, yet many organisations still rely on disconnected systems for stamping, signing, approvals and record management,” she said. “Our platform brings these together into a single configurable workflow, helping organisations execute agreements faster, from customer onboarding and loan documentation to vendor, lease and procurement contracts.”
Technical capabilities and security
Beyond digital stamping, the platform supports Aadhaar eSign — electronic signatures authenticated through the national identity system — digital signature certificates, multi-party and bulk signing, configurable approval workflows, document tracking and secure document storage.
The company claims the platform can reduce agreement turnaround time by up to 90 per cent by eliminating paperwork and manual follow-ups.
Security features include Aadhaar-based identity verification, one-time passwords and multi-factor authentication, encryption, role-based access controls, timestamping, immutable audit logs and tamper-evident digital signatures.
