Technology firm Fulcrum Digital said that it plans to hire over 750 digital specialists this year, a 100% increase in from last year. These will be lateral positions varying from program managers, technical architects, data engineers to full-stack developers.

The hiring plans are backed by the continuing growth of large-scale digital transformation programs with global marquee customers and rapid expansion of new customers and geography, said the company.

The company stated that it aims to achieve an equal revenue mix of products and services by 2022 in its core industry verticals — Financial Services, Insurance, Food services, Higher education, Consumer products and services, and digital commerce.
