Top management expert in human resources, ShathiSharma has joined Reliance Retail as vice president (VP) human resource. Sharma, an MBA from Delhi University, and EPLM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta has over 18 years of experience and is known to have built business and HR teams across the spectrum.
Before joining Reliance Retail, she was working with Dixcy Textiles as CHRO for the past three years. Sharma has also worked with multinational telecommunications company Telenor as HR Head Circle. At Telenor, she was responsible for building, motivating, and retaining manpower and worked internationally in the US and Dubai.
Besides telecom, Sharma has also worked with top retail players and her earlier assignments include Head – HR at Landmark Group; Retail HR at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle; Manager at Emirates NBD; and Associate at General Electric.
