Top management expert in human resources, Shathi Sharma has joined Reliance Retail as vice president (VP) human resource. Sharma, an MBA from , and EPLM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta has over 18 years of experience and is known to have built business and HR teams across the spectrum.

Before joining Reliance Retail, she was working with Dixcy Textiles as CHRO for the past three years. Sharma has also worked with multinational telecommunications company Telenor as HR Head Circle. At Telenor, she was responsible for building, motivating, and retaining manpower and worked internationally in the and .

Besides , Sharma has also worked with top retail players and her earlier assignments include Head – HR at Landmark Group; Retail HR at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle; Manager at Emirates NBD; and Associate at General Electric.

India logged 29 lakh cyber incidents in 2025, up 85% in two years

India recorded 29.44 lakh cyber security incidents in 2025, an 85 per cent increase from 2023, the government told the Lok Sabha. CERT-In has empanelled 237 security auditing organisations and trained over 11 lakh participants through awareness programmes.
