Top corporate strategist Farid Kazani joins AI firm Course5 Intelligence as Executive VP

Global Analytics and Applied AI company, Course5 Intelligence has announced the appointment of top executive Farid Kazani as new Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Finance.

Kazani is a senior financial executive and known corporate strategist who brings along over 30 years of experience with nearly two decades in the technology industry and spans companies like Majesco, Mastek, Firstsource Solutions, RPG Enterprises, BPL Mobile, Marico, Piramal Enterprises, and NOCIL.

According to the AI company, Kazani’s core competencies include business planning and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, stakeholder management, partnerships, and divestments.

Before joining Course5 Intelligence, Kazani was Managing Director and Group CFO at Majesco. In his new role, Kazani will be responsible for the Finance function, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development, and Stakeholder Management.
