Netweb Technologies Q2 profit rises 19.8% on strong order book, AI infrastructure demand

Netweb Technologies reported a 19.8% rise in Q2 net profit to ₹31.4 crore, supported by higher revenue and major AI infrastructure orders worth ₹2,184 crore.

New Delhi — Netweb Technologies India reported a 19.8 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to ₹31.4 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, up from ₹26.2 crore a year earlier, as demand for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure continued to grow.

Revenue from operations rose 20.9 per cent year-on-year to ₹303.7 crore from ₹251 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25. Sequentially, profit increased 3.2 per cent, while revenue rose 0.8 per cent.

EBITDA grew 17.8 per cent to ₹.1 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 15.2 per cent, compared with 15.7 per cent in the same quarter last year. The company said the margin was affected by the product mix and timing of project deliveries.

Netweb’s total income stood at ₹306.4 crore, while total expenses were ₹266 crore, up from ₹220.8 crore a year earlier.

During the quarter, the company secured two large strategic orders worth approximately ₹2,184 crore ($262 million), to be executed by FY27. These projects, which the company said are of national significance, will contribute to strengthening India’s AI compute infrastructure and advancing the country’s sovereign AI ambitions.

“We secured two large strategic orders worth approximately ₹21,840 milion, reaffirming our position as India’s largest OEM in high-end computing solutions,” said Sanjay Lodha, Chairman and Managing Director, Netweb Technologies.

“The strategic orders won are of national significance, aimed at strengthening India’s AI compute infrastructure and advancing the vision of a Sovereign AI journey of the Nation,” he said.

The company said its product pipeline remains strong across sectors including information technology, and financial services, national data centres, and government entities such as defence, and research institutions.

Netweb manufactures high-end computing systems, storage servers and AI infrastructure, serving clients across India and overseas. said it continues to invest in research and manufacturing capacity to meet the increasing demand for AI-ready hardware and cloud solutions.
