Lumikai announces key changes at the top, names Devadatta Rajadhyaksha as next CFO

Eyeing expansion, top gaming and interactive media venture capital fund has announced the appointment of Devadatta Rajadhyaksha as next Chief Financial Officer and Kislay Shashwat as Vice President of Investments.

According to the company, the key changes at the top will strengthen the senior foundation of Lumikai operations as the fund scales up its investments pipeline and launches future funds.

In his new role, Rajadhyaksha will oversee all , fund admin, and operations, lead on regulatory and compliance, and support future growth initiatives, including the setup of future Lumikai funds.

Further, Shashwat will play a key role across the entire investment stack. Shashwat’s role will also be extended to deal flow sourcing, transaction negotiation & management, portfolio management & support, and thesis development.

As per the company statement, Rajadhyaksha has a distinguished career of more than two decades in the field of fund finance & management, risk management, controls and financial accounting. “Formerly working as the Financial Controller at Kedaara Capital, Rajadhyaksha has the distinction of managing a $3Bn+ AUM multi-stage private equity fund,” the company said.

Meanwhile, Shashwat brings over 12 years of experience in investments, portfolio management and investment banking with prominent companies, including JP Morgan, Xiaomi, ShareChat, Hungama, Bobble and . He is also the recipient of 40 under 40 award at the Indian Alternative Investments Summit (IAIS), the statement noted.
