Hexaware partners with AWS for Cloud and AI solutions

Hexaware collaborates with AWS to advance cloud migration, modernisation, and AI solutions for sectors like retail, banking, and healthcare.

Hexaware Technologies, a Mumbai-based IT services and consulting company, has announced a collaboration with (AWS) to enhance its capabilities in migration, modernisation, data and artificial intelligence (AI), and -powered customer experience solutions.

The partnership focuses on supporting organisations in using data to improve decision-making, streamline operations, and address sector-specific challenges in areas such as retail, banking, healthcare, travel, and hospitality.

Hexaware will utilise AWS tools and its proprietary platforms, including Amaze and RapidX, to support cloud migration, legacy modernisation, and cloud-native product development.

Apurva Kadakia, Global Head of Cloud at Hexaware Technologies, said the collaboration focuses on developing -specific generative AI solutions, some of which are already available on AWS Marketplace. “This collaboration will enable us to harness the collective powers of all our service lines and verticals to enhance digital transformations by adding a layer of ease and predictability for customers,” Kadakia said.

Rima Olinger, Managing Director for North America Partners at AWS, stated, “The collaboration between Hexaware and AWS will provide our joint customers globally with an accelerated path to modernise critical workloads to AWS led by our shared dedication to innovating on behalf of customers.”

“AWS and Hexaware together will deliver tailored solutions, backed by generative AI, to help customers improve productivity, insights, and value to their unique business challenges,” Olinger said.
