Diego Utge to lead Ingram Micro in India

In his new role, Utge takes on the leadership responsibility for Ingram Micro’s India strategy, operations and business execution. He will be reporting to Mike Zilis, EVP & Group President, Asia Pacific.

Ingram Micro announced the appointment of Diego Utge as Senior & Chief Country Executive for India. In his new role, Utge takes on the leadership responsibility for Ingram Micro’s India strategy, operations and execution. He will be reporting to Mike Zilis, EVP & Group , Asia Pacific.

“Diego has built a growth-minded by listening and responding to the business needs and embracing and leading change within Ingram Micro and around it,” said Zilis. “His drive to succeed, record of success and inclusive approach to build a high-performance team is what makes Diego a great leader for our India organization.”

Diego, former Chief Country Executive of Ingram Micro Brazil, is a seasoned leader. He has been instrumental in transforming Ingram Micro’s Brazil operations from loss-making business, to become the largest technology distributor, with consistent profitable operations. He comes with a career of more than 16 years in the company, having led organizations and different businesses in very diversified environments.
