MAT 2019 result for February declared at aima.in

The results of examination has been declared at at aima.in. The All India Management Association (AIMA) which is a nodal organisation that conducts this entrance examination for admission into has published the MAT 2019 result on its website. Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardised test conducted by AIMA that helps Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes.

MAT 2019 test was held for PBT or was held on February 17, 23 and 24. All the candidates who have appeared in this examination can check their results now. The score of MAT 2019 will be valid for 12 months. MAT 2019 result will show sectional and overall percentile achieved by a candidate. In addition, AIMA has also issued the overall composite scores. The range of MAT composite scores is 199-801. The scores of the general awareness section are not considered while calculating the final result.

Candidates can use the MAT February 2019 Result to take admission to the academic year 2019-21. AIMA will also send the scores to a maximum of five or seven management institutes selected by a student. Candidates clearing the cut-off will get the interview call on their registered email id. It is important that students have filled the forms of these colleges in order to take admission.

Registration for many B-Schools that accept MAT scores is still open. Candidates can visit the institute’s official website to know the complete the admission process. KIIT School of Management, ISBR Banglore, NIBM , XIME Banglore, FLAME, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow are some of the colleges that accept MAT 2019 Result.

Any candidate who wish to improve their scores can apply for MAT May 2019 Session. The registration for May session is expected to start in the first week of March 2019. Candidates will get approximately two months to submit the application form.

The exam will be held in paper-based and computer-based modes. Students can apply either of the mode. As per the information brochure, the PBT is scheduled to take place on April 26, 2019. However, dates may change once the complete May time table is available.

MAT Exam pattern includes paper with 200 questions with a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. The paper is divided into 5 sections naming mathematical skills, Indian and global environment, language comprehension, Intelligence & logical reasoning, and data analysis and sufficiency.

Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD approved MAT as a national level test in 2003. Any B-School – national or international – can consider MAT Score as an admission input based on the Score Cards issued to the candidates. Over 600 B-Schools accepts MAT score.
