The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will declare Maharashtra HSC Result 2017 by the end of this month

Maharashtra Result 2017: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will declare the results of MSBSHSE HSC by the end of this month, said reports. Board has not officially confirmed any date yet. Last year, the Maharashtra HSC Result 2017 were released on May 25 while the SSC results were out in June.

Once announced, the results will be available at mahresults.nic. In addition, other websites like indiaresults.com will also enable students to check their marks. According to reports, nearly 15 lakh students have appeared for these examinations which were conducted in the month of March 2017.

According to reports, a total of 15,05,365 students have registered for February-March 2017 , out of this, 8,48,929 students are boys while 6,56,436 are girls. On the stream-wise, the maximum students, about 5,59,423, have appeared from Science stream followed by Arts (5,09,124) and Commerce (3,73,870) and 62,148 students for Minimum Competency Vocational Course (MCVC).

According to board, 2,710 examination centres were set up across the nine divisions of Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amaravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan to conduct these examinations.

How to check Maharashtra HSC Result 2017

  • Go to official website of the government – mahresults.nic
  • Click on HSC results 2017.
  • Enter your roll number and other details.
  • After submting the form, Maharashtra HSC Result 2017 will be displayed.
  • Take a print and save your score card digitally for future references.

This is the first exam, where a stated government has made it mandatory for students to fill in their Aadhaar cards number to appear for the exam.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education is headquartered at Pune. It is an autonomous body established by the government Maharashtra. The board conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations in the state through its nine divisional boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri.

The Board conducts examination twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14 Lacs for HSC and 17 Lac’s SSC, for the supplementary examination around 6 Lacs students are expected HSC and SSC together. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher . Schools / Jr. colleges in the entire state.
