CBSE Class 12 results 2017, CBSE Class 10 results 2017 will be declared at cbseresults.nic.in, the board is yet to confirmed the dates, but some reports suggested on May 24, Class 12 result could be announced

CBSE Class 12 results 2017: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the Class 12 results 2017 on May 24, said reports. This year examination for Class 10 and Class 12 were postponed due to Assembly election in five states. However, board has assured earlier that with the use of technology, they would be able to release CBSE Class 12 results 2017 and CBSE Class 10 results 2017 on time. Once announced, the results will be available at cbseresults.nic.in.

Last year, CBSE had declared the results on May 21 and May 28 2016 for Class 10 and Class 12 respectively. Some of the reports claimed that board may announce the results on May 21 this year too. However, there is no official confirmation from CBSE as to when the results would be announced. Quoting an official, daily HT reported that “the result won’t be delayed beyond May 27.”

Earlier the board has stated that “The annual exam result will be declared on time as the board has adopted several initiatives which will aid in faster result processing.”

This year nearly 10.98 lakh students have appeared for the Class 12 exams out of which 4,60,026 were girls and 6,38,865 were boys. topped the list for registering highest number of student. Nearly, 2,58,321 students from Delhi have registered for Class 12 examinations.

CBSE Class 12 exams 2017 and CBSE Class 10 exams 2017 were conducted in March-April 2017. Due to Assembly elections in five states, these examinations were postponed. Last year, 10,65,179 students had appeared for class 12 examination.

This year the number is likely to go up. As many as 10677 schools have registered for the exam which according to reports is higher than the last year’s number.

How to check CBSE Class 12 results 2017, CBSE Class 10 results 2017

  1. Go to any of these government websites – cbseresults.nic.in, results.nic.in.

2. Click on examination results 2017.

3. Enter your roll number and other details.

4. After submitting the form, the results will be displayed.

5. Take a print or save it digitally for future references.

The results will also be available on IVRs and SMS.
