To avail of this facility, the customer has to activate Auto-Recharge. To turn on auto-recharge from the bKash app, select the mobile number from the mobile recharge icon on the home screen and tap on ‘Auto-recharge settings’.

In the next step, auto-recharge will be started only after adjusting the amount of auto-recharge and giving the development pin. Or by dialing USSD code * 247 # and selecting Mobile Recharge, you have to select Banglalink, Robi, or Airtel.

The next step is to select the Auto-Recharge option and select the ‘Activate Auto-Recharge’ option. Then you have to fix the amount of auto-recharge. Finally, the auto-recharge service will be activated as soon as you enter the PIN number of the bKash account.

Once the auto-recharge is turned on, the recharge amount will automatically reach the customer’s mobile number if the balance of the mobile is Tk 10 or less. The customer can change the amount as per his requirement at any time.

Customers can auto-recharge from Tk 20 to Tk 1000 only on their own number.

The auto-recharge facility will be launched only when the customer’s mobile balance is Tk 10 or less. In this case, the bKash account must have a sufficient balance.

The customer will be able to avail of an auto-recharge a maximum of three times a day. If there is a recharge package associated with the specified auto-recharge amount, it can also be activated by the mobile operator.

Note that the bKash mobile recharge service has gained wide popularity among the customers as there is an opportunity to recharge any operator from anywhere in the country in 24 hours.

At present, bKash accounts for about 25 percent of the country’s total mobile recharges.

In addition to cashing in from 240,000 agent points across the country, customers can enjoy uninterrupted mobile recharge service at home without having to go anywhere easily by adding money to bKash accounts from 29 banks and Visa and MasterCard.
