Daraz relaunches seller moitree program for e-commerce entrepreneurs

Bangladesh’s leading online platform Daraz said it is extending its support to the interested entrepreneurs who want to explore the space for the first time.

The company said it starting its ‘Seller Moitree Program‘ that will enable every new associate regardless of capital size, products, or customer engagement to gain e-commerce ground in the country.

The Seller Moitree Program which has been relaunched offers 0% commission for 30 days after verification, weekly payment, free packaging material during sign-up and 24-hour guaranteed verification for new sellers.

Managing Director of Daraz Bangladesh said: “Our Seller Moitree Program is here to draw a ray of hope to the new sellers who want to step into the online business amid such uncertainty. To make this transition smooth and effective for the new sellers, we have come up with the Seller Moitree Program with the aim to stand beside them in time of an emergency. We are expecting that at least 48,000 sellers will be the beneficiaries of the program by the end of the .”

The organization had stood beside more than 30,000 SMEs in the previous year and have invested BDT 10.5 million to help the entrepreneurs to get back on their feet.
