Bangladesh Digital Social Innovation Award 2021 highlights social development

The whole event was broadcast online, in June- 1008 applications from 29 countries were accepted through the online application process. Out of these, 142 people were given preliminary nominations and 15 people were declared winners in seven categories.

Dhaka has been organized worldwide for the continuation of every year. The Bangladesh Digital Social Innovation Forum has recently organized the award distribution in the presence of award winners and special guests at Tejgaon Sky View Restaurant in the capital.

The whole event was broadcast online, in June- 1008 applications from 29 countries were accepted through the online application process. Out of these, 142 people were given preliminary nominations and 15 people were declared winners in seven categories.

The founding president of BDSIF said, “The main theme of our event is to highlight the activities worldwide by using technology to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and to give special honors to the youth through social development.”

This year we have rewarded the activities that were carried out individually or through the group in the Corona situation. He added that BDSIF serves as a platform for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Special guests at the event were Police Super Sunny Sarwar, Anti Terrorism Unit; Real Capita Group Managing Director Mohammad Arifuzzaman, Chowdhury Daulat Mahmud Jafri, Founder of Saudagar.com Arif Chowdhury, Nahid Hasan, Farah Mahmud Trina, Dr. Tanjiba Rahman, Manzur Ahmed Sohan (Chairman Real Capita Group), Nafisa Anjum Khan, Kazi Hasan Robin and many more.
