Wipro and Nokia said that they will offer enterprises a dedicated wireless 5G network solutions, allowing them to create a private environment to better manage performance and mitigate security risks.

Nokia has announced a strategic partnership with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) to focus on research and development of 6G technologies in India.

As part of the deal, Airtel will incorporate Nokia’s 1830 PSS-x OTN switches in its National Long-Distance Network, connecting major Indian cities.

The array of products manufactured at Chennai factory includes 5G New Radio (5G NR), 5G massive MIMO products, 4G/LTE radios, and Fiber Broadband equipment, among others.
